At Darpon Art Foundation®, we value the trust and commitment of our participants, artists, and supporters. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations related to our exhibitions, symposiums, workshops, and other art-related activities.
1. Event Registration
- Once registered for an event (such as an exhibition, symposium, or workshop), your seat or participation is reserved.
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event start date to be eligible for a refund.
- If you cancel after this period, no refund will be issued, as arrangements and resources are already allocated.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- The event is cancelled or postponed by Darpon Art Foundation®.
- You have made a duplicate payment by mistake.
- You have cancelled within the approved refund period.
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the same payment method used during registration.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Donations or sponsorship contributions
- Custom workshop materials or supplies
- Administrative and processing fees
- Art sales or commissioned artwork
4. Art Sales & Purchases
All artwork sales made through Darpon Art Foundation® are considered final.
We encourage buyers to carefully review details before purchase. Refunds or exchanges are not permitted once an artwork is sold, except in cases of shipping damage or product error (for physical deliveries).
5. Event Cancellations by the Foundation
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies), participants will be notified via email or phone.
You may choose to:
- Transfer your registration to the rescheduled date, or
- Request a full refund within 7 days of receiving the notification.
